Harmony is a DAO Legal Structuring Framework built by DAObox & Aurum. The framework offers methodical and adaptable approach to the legal structuring of the next-generation decentralised organisations (Gen. 3.0).
The framework is jurisdiction-neutral, compatible with virtually any other structuring framework, and adaptable to DAOs of all sizes and types, enabling them to evolve into large-scale, cybernetic organisations and comprehensive ecosystems. With this framework, we aim to address the major challenges presently faced by the DAOs, such as:
undefined legal personality,
absence of legal identity,
unlimited member liability,
tax implications,
legal scalability, and
limited cross-border applicability of existing DAO structuring techniques.
