Harmony is a DAO Legal Structuring Framework built by & . The framework offers methodical and adaptable approach to the legal structuring of the next-generation decentralised organisations (Gen. 3.0).

The framework is jurisdiction-neutral, compatible with virtually any other structuring framework, and adaptable to DAOs of all sizes and types, enabling them to evolve into large-scale, comprehensive ecosystems and cybernetic organisations. The framework aim to address the major legal and structuring challenges presently faced by the DAOs, such as:

  • unlimited member liability,

  • undefined legal personality,

  • absence of legal identity,

  • tax implications,

  • legal and operational scalability, and

  • limited cross-border applicability of existing DAO structuring techniques.
