# DAO 3.0: The Harmony Framework. Comprehensive Legal Structuring for DAOs in 2025

Harmony is a DAO Legal Structuring Framework built by [DAObox](https://daobox.io/) & [Aurum](https://aurum.law/). The framework offers methodical and adaptable approach to the legal structuring of the <mark style="background-color:green;">next-generation decentralised organisations (Gen. 3.0)</mark>.&#x20;

The framework is <mark style="background-color:green;">jurisdiction-neutral</mark>, compatible with virtually any other structuring framework, and adaptable to <mark style="background-color:green;">DAOs of all sizes and types</mark>, enabling them to evolve into large-scale, comprehensive ecosystems and cybernetic organisations.
